The Australian Institute of Conveyancers WA Division Inc (AICWA) is the peak industry body representing settlement agents in Western Australia.
The organisations role is to promote the interests of settlement agents within the Western Australian government and other private organisations involved in the real estate profession. AICWA is run by an elected council of members, who oversee the operations of the office.
To further the education and experience of members, they provide training and educational opportunities, distributes information by email, publishes a magazine twice yearly, and provides a roster of councillors who will assist members with queries. They are a part of the National Australian Institute of Conveyancers and works with the other divisions on matters that effect conveyancing at the national level.
