  • Home Guarantee Scheme: Allows eligible first-home buyers to secure a home loan with a 5% deposit without paying Lenders Mortgage Insurance. For the 2024–25 financial year, 35,000 places are available under this scheme.
  • Keystart Home Loans: A state-backed program offering low-deposit home loans with flexible criteria to help more Western Australians buy a home. The property price limit has recently increased to $730,000.
  • Home Buyers Assistance Account (HBAA): Provides a grant of up to $2,000 to help with expenses like settlement agent fees and mortgage registration fees for first-home buyers in WA.
